Escape into your own world of privacy, a cottage for lovers of all ages. Imagine soaking under the stars in your personal jacuzzi or sinking into the queen feather bed. There’s a mini kitchen, full bath, romantic fireplace and a sitting area overlooking the pond. Breakfast is served in the main house or in the privacy of your cottage. A couple with a teenager can be accommodated.

A huge bedroom with a queen four-poster feather bed and a private bath with a large sauna. The adjoining room has a fireplace and wet bar, and the suite opens onto a huge lower deck with your own private jacuzzi overlooking the pond.

Green House Suite

Opens onto its own deck with sunny views of the waterfall and pond on both sides. The glassed-in sitting area is a wonderful spot for bird watching or an intimate breakfast. Private bath, queen four-poster bed and private jacuzzi.

Cattails Room

A lovely room with views to the pond and access to the main deck, with the option of breakfast outside looking over the water. Very relaxing. Queen size bed and wardrobe, plus a small refrigerator and television. The private bath and shower is just across the hallway.

Stay details & policies

What’s included

All rates are double occupancy with full breakfast.
Breakfast can be served in the formal dining room, on the deck overlooking the pond, or in your room.
We will do our best to meet dietary needs with prior notice.
Extra guests are $35 per night (Cottage and Pond Suite).

Check-in & check-out

Check-in is at 3:00 PM; check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Please let us know if you will arrive after 6 PM.
One-night stays are welcome: a $10 one-night charge applies in peak season to cover laundry and cleaning, rather than a two-night minimum.

Reservations & cancellations

Reservations are confirmed with a first-night deposit plus tax.
Extended stays require a 50% deposit.
Weddings, family reunions and similar bookings require a non-refundable 50% deposit.
Cancellations with less than 14 days’ notice are charged in full unless we can rebook the room.
Refunds are made minus a $35 cancellation fee to cover administration costs.

Guests, pets & payment

The B&B isn’t suitable for young children (0–12). Teenagers are welcome in all rooms except the Green House Suite.
Sorry, we have no facilities for pets.
We are a non-smoking residence. No parties or events outside of whole-house bookings.
We accept MasterCard, VISA and PayPal.

10% off your third night.
10% off for military, firefighters and senior citizens.
